Room cleanliness felt lacking. the floor needed more attention and headboards were creaky. Constant noise from outside due to nearby establishments made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Unique amenities like a kettle or fridge weren't available, making basic needs a bit inconvenient. Overall, the facilities are quite basic for the price.

Had a great time with friends! We loved that everything was within walking distance, especially Burnham Park and local restaurants. Shockingly, the Wi-Fi was solid, which made planning our daily adventures a breeze. Highly recommend for those looking to explore without breaking the bank!
One downside was the noise at night coming from nearby bars. it made sleeping a bit tricky, especially for light sleepers. Just something to keep in mind!

I really appreciated the cozy setup in my room and the lovely common lounge area for some downtime. The pool was a nice surprise, and I also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi while relaxing. Just a heads-up, the ceiling fan could use some tweaking since it keeps the light on too, but overall a solid place to stay! 😊

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for 2 nights. The bed and pillows were comfy, which was a plus. The hot and cold shower worked well, but I found the room a bit dark and gloomy. Plus, it could use a better clean-up. it wasn't the tidiest. Also, there was no fridge, which was a bummer. The location was great though, close to Burnham Park and a bunch of restaurants.

Great Location and Spacious Room
I stayed for 3 nights in a Standard Twin Room, and I loved how spacious it was. The shower was really big! It was conveniently located right near Burnham Park and several restaurants, which made exploring so easy. However, the noise from the nearby bar at night could be a bit much for light sleepers.

Great location—right near Burnham Park. Loads of eateries and shops nearby for a foodie like me! Safe to say, my taste buds had a holiday too!
However, my sheets looked like they hosted a rave the night before. And hot water? More like a warm surprise, darling!

Location is ideal, right across from Burnham Park, perfect for boat rides and bike rentals. The staff was very helpful, letting us drop our bags off before check-in and after check-out. The area was lively with street foods and the flower festival nearby.
Nothing could be improved.
